Pheasants is on a distinguished road
Hello Everyone,

I am simulating a 2D water flow in a vertical vessel, with an inlet at the top and outlet at the bottom.

The vessel is initially filled with cold water. I want to study the stratification phenomena when a hot water is put through the inlet over time.
Stratification is a phenomena when mixing of hot and cold is reduced due to less dense hot water always stay at the top of the vessel.

Can I only do this with transient ? or can I do this with other technique as well? (steady state with Boussinesq model)

Thanks a lot.
