Hey!

How well the kinetic theory theory works for viscosity and conductivity compared to polynomial functions and with respect to the temperature range 100K-3000K. Any benchmarks, own experiences or opinions would be appreciated.

Cheers

Hi
the accuracy of the polynamial functions for conductivity and viscosity depends strongly to the kind of simulation and the problem.
maybe writing UDF for properties is the best way to get an accurate result rather than using rough polynamial functions.
Bests.
