Hi everyone!

I'm trying to get a grid interface in this way, where S is an interface from a solid zone, s is an interface from another solid, and F is the interface whichs belong to a fluid zone:

SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFsssssssssssssFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

My probles is the next one: when I create a grid interface between the upper solid and the fluid, I have to link the solids S and s too, but I can't do it because the upper interface has been used, and Fluent crashes.

I thought about create the grid interface using F and s as one interface, and S as the other one. My question is about the coupling between the interfaces: S and F have to be coupled, but s and S will be coupled if I do this in this way? What could it mean two coupled solids?

Not sure if I completely understood your problem.
If I had a setup like this, I would split the upper face ("SSSSS...") into three parts matching the opposing faces geometrically.
|| denotes a split in my "sketch"

SSSSSSS||SSSSSSS||SSSSSSS
interface1---Interface2---interface3
FFFFFFFF sssssssss FFFFFFFF

That's a good idea, but I can't do that: the upper side has another face above it, and all of them twist: if I split the upper GI, I will have problem with the mesh (fixed notes at the upper-upper wall, and totating nodes at the face with interface).

Bu if I try it, I think I could do as you say, spliting the volume, in order to obtain your three interfaces... I'll try to mesh it

Thanks!
