Static
Mesh Interface
Interfaceing the region of inner and outer domain that are in contact
Model:Viscous Transient SST
Materials:Air
Cell Zone Condition:Inner Domain –Fluid Rotating Frame Y axis=-1(rotates about Y axis)
Outer domain:Fluid
Boundary Conditions
Inlet Velocity:7m/s normal to the boundary
Outlet:Pressure gauge Zero
Farfield:Wall(no slip)
Blade :Wall(no slip)
Solution Method :Simple
Intialisation :from Input

DOUBT :
Boundary Condtion of Wall (blade)
Moving wall (relative to absolute zone) or stationary wall

The blade wall is stationary. You just need to setup the moving frame in the domain setting. Here its the frame that is moving not the wall.
