Default How to set boundary layer of a moving body in ICEM to a mesh zone for dynamic mesh

WassimCFD is on a distinguished road
I want to do dyanamic mesh in Fluent. I want to create boundary layer around the cylinder, and let the boundary layer moves without remeshing. The remeshing only happens outsite the boundary layer.

So anyone know how to set this boundary layer in to a zone or something for achieve this?
