I am doing a simulation about premix combustion in a 2D round plane (calculation domain was shown in attachment), but 'continuity' residual converges unbearably slow, at the beginning of each iteration, absolute 'continuity' residual reaches 1e5 then decrease to 1e-3 (see attachment). The only boundary condition is an adiabatic wall, I don't know why 'continuity' residual behaves like that, perhaps it is due to species formulas? Thanks in advance.
Models: Energy; Laminar; Speices: Species Transport Model + Volumetric Reactions + Laminar Finite- Rate + chemkin import mechanism (30 species, 50 reactions) Materials: ideal gas Initial Conditions: 700K, 25bar |
