hi
how i can determine boundary conditions for this system : a reactor contain on agitator , for mixing |

I would suggest you take a look at the tutorial example found in Chapter 23 of the Fluent Tutorial guide. It describes defining cell zone conditions to represent an impeller.
The actual impeller profiles they use are based on measured data reported in an academic paper, so you'd want to check out that reference and see how applicable it would be for your usage, but the general procedure can still be followed, you'll just need to adjust the profile values based on the impeller system and size you'll be modeling.
