Hi,

How do you create a heat source in fluent? I am trying to create one within the model, to represent fire within a 3d model of a pipe. I am not sure how to go about this as I am still new to fluent any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the easiest possibility is defining the Cel Zone Condition.

1. Energy Equation set on.
2. Activate source therms in your Cell Zone
3. Define the source therm (Energy).

- This might only be possible in solid and fluid cell zones.
