hi, I want to ask can we do CFD simulation of piping system with valves attaches to it. and how can we do that

Yes you could but the question is would it help.
If you're looking to find the pressure drop then 2D formulae and hand calculation can give accurate results as CFD would. If you're looking for flow patterns,velocity, separation .. then you could model the piping system with the valves as porous media. Porosity for valves can be calculated from the Cv of the valves.
