Hello Friends
Iam doing a simulation of active control of instability with secondary fuel injection.
Can anyone help me with how to give a time varying velocity input , which varies as a square wave form.

blackmask will become famous soon enough
You need to use UDF to specify a time-dependent boundary condition. Check the Fluent UDF manual or modify the example provided by Amir (http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/flu...y-profile.html) according to your purpose. You might need to use CURRENT_TIME or N_TIME macro to get the current time in seconds or time step.
