Question Which model to be used in which case?

i am new to use fluent software
can anyone pls tell me,
in fluent we have different models like spalarat-almaras, laminar, inviscid, k-e, and k-w etc........ which model to be used in which case. and also pls suggest me any website or book to know all those details.

Fluent Theory Guide is your best start. It usually comes with your Fluent installation.
