Minimum Experience for CFD Fluent Simulation Modeling?

We were told that normally PHD's are the ones running the CFD Fluent models? What is the groups thoughts about the minimum educational requirements?

You must be able to understand the (NS) equations and the numerics. Also a good basic understanding in physics can be very helpful. PHD in some of the areas can be good for your learning curve. -> Not needed
