simulation of multyphase heat exchanger

Hi!
I want to study a heat exchanger, with water (affected by phase change )on the one hand, and other air. What's the better multyphase model?Why? Why I don't be able to use a polynomial density for water lyquid and water vapour?(the air is considered as ideal gas) |
