Hi,
Some times, It stems from initializing, perhaps you need patch some zones, depend on your domain and problem, you may need a make better guess about your initializing value or ...
Sometimes, It is not serious problem and you can go on. But, it is possible you face some convergence problems.
Anyway, I think you should do search in the forum as ALi mentioned.
Such as:

Hi, "Reversed Flow" is just a warning, that some things may be wrong. It doesn't mean there is something wrong for sure. If you set the inlet velocity of a tube to "-1" and the other side is a pressure outlet, this warning will appear. It just says: "attention, the face you set as an outlet actually is an inlet". Most of the cases, users want these faces to be outlets and get this warning because something strange happens.

hi...
I using high velocity gas flow from the duct to atmospheric but i facing one problem when i check the case check there is error show in solver "consider using higher order discretization for improved accuracy of the final solution. first order discretization may be used in the initial accuracy." I m start iteration it gets reversed flow till the solution is converged. How i eliminate the problem and all the model is used as similar to the tutorial "modeling evaporating liquid spray".

thanks

Sometimes the problem even might be due to closeness of inlet and outlet boundaries.
