Question Design a simple shell & tube with "two different materials"

Hi everybody,
I designed two uinaxial pipes (for convection H.T.), what should I do to flow two different fluids in the pipes, for example oil for inner & water for outer (which option) ?
when i choose a material, fluent uses it for the both pipes...
