What type of Meshing would you suggest for conjugate heat transfer problems? Inflation is highly recommended for such problems, but when I apply it the minimum orthogonal quality is being remarkably reduced... Should I insist on using it. Would also suggest me to use Cutcell Method (geometry includes small but very important features)

Could also assembly meshing with tetrahedral be used?
