Hi guys im new to using Fluent and am simulating the heat transfer in a heat exchanger where both the medium are air...
The cold air flows through a single tube and the hot air flows through the bottom face as marked in the figure. the air travels up flows around the baffle and goes down and exits as marked in the figure. I have the inlet temperature of cold air and hot air and also the volumetric flow rates. Please could any one let me know how to simulate this model in fluent? Do i need to use a heat exchanger model or can it be done just by plain simulation. I have attached a picture of the model. Any help is appreciated. |
