Default Simulate Coal Gasification with Non-Premixed Combustion Model

I want to simulate coal gasification using FLUENT. Can I use non-premixed combustion model? If yes, can we include steam in oxidizer stream?

I simulated this condition and the result is almost no product of H2. I think it is because the char-steam reaction did not occur.
