I am new to Fluent, I am a former user of StarCCM+, and am having some issues with the 1st and 2nd tutorials. When I create the mesh as described in tutorial 1 an error appears: "The mesh exporter failed during translation. Please send your data to your support provider". I had success with the second tutorial until I started doing post processing and received the same error after I updated Workbench. I have contacted ANSYS and have not received any response yet. I believe this is because I am using an academic license and am not eligible for tech support. I have also searched and have been successful at finding the same problem but am still unable to resolve my issue following that users guidelines. The mesh appears on the screen but does not export to Workbench. I am using ANSYS 14.Any help would be much appreciated.

Here are the pictures of what is going on. The second tutorial has multiple errors mainly because of the additional design points.

This is simple setup and I dont expect a problem.

Close the project and again open it.

I have closed, reopened, and then started from scratch to no avail. I'm thinking I should just move on.
