Hi
I would be a great thankful to those who will help me in solving out this problem- How to get the velocity and pressure profile for liquid flowing through the pipe which is half filled??????? how shall we do modelling and meshing for it also? |

Why don't you do a second simulation of just a long pipe? Use some arbitrary boundary conditions at the inlet and at the outlet you will get a correct profile. That's what I do to get correct profiles for single phase pipes. Modelling: Sounds like the perfect spot for the VOF multiphase model, right? Meshing: No idea. I think it will be necessary to refine the grid along the water / air surface, right? |
