Hi everyone, I really need help on my thesis topic. I want to perform the simulation of tubular photobioreactor, the geometry that is shown below. There is 3 phase inside the tube loop: water, air and algae cells. Air must be fed in from a small hole near the elbow in order to circulate water and algae cells. Then, air must get out from the reactor on the top. However, I don't feed any algae cells and water in to the tubular photobioreactor, they must circulate inside. The problem are I don't know how to make Fluent know that there are water and algae cells inside, I don't know how to specify algae concentration of volume fraction. Can you give me some ideas or method to do this.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH your help will make me finish this thesis utube01.jpg utube02.jpg |
