moment coefficient sign?!

Default moment coefficient sign?!

hello all ,
iam making a simulation of VAWT , and i get the Cm value with +ve sign although
i gave the turbine a rotational speed -12 rad/s , what does the Cm sign refers to ? , is that wrong or something?!!
