Sir, I am solving a problem of heating water in a pipe by applying constant heat flux on the wall at high pressure..so fluid remains single phase water.
For the first 1 metre zero heat flux is given so that flow becomes fully devloped. Now I am predicting every thing perfectly, but the temperature at the last grid point of the wall is suddenly decreased. please see the figure attached. Temperature along the wall and temperature at the axis. Length of the pipe is 7m. First 1 m is zero heat flux. Thanks Santhosh |
