Dear All,
I wanna simulate flow around building in FLUENT 6.2 .. By using unsteady option. the direction of wind change in some hours. so i must change my boundary condition ( as velocity inlet and then i change it as wall). How i can do that?? can I use UDF to solve my case?? Thanks Teguhtf

Teguhtf,
I assume that you have a box surrounding your building for the wind to flow, and also that one face of that box is where the wind enters. If this is the case, it's quite simple to specify the x,y,and z components of the wind's velocity, and UDF's can be used to vary this velocity with time. I hope this helps. ComputerGuy |
