hi,

i have points (x,y) of temperature measured along a surface. i want to use these points as a wall temperatures. i have a UDF where i can assign temperatures to a face via functions, but i want to input the real temperature points.

can anyone help me please?

Code:
DEFINE_PROFILE(temperature_profile, thread, position)
{
  real r[ND_ND]; /* this will hold the position vector */
  real x;
  real y;
  face_t f;

  begin_f_loop(f, thread)
    {
      F_CENTROID(r,f,thread);
      x = r[0];
      y=r[1];
      F_PROFILE(f, thread, position) = some temperature function;
    }
  end_f_loop(f, thread)
}
