Hi!!!
I had another question...Convergence in my simulation case is obtained when Cm (moment coefficient) is uniformed. I wanted to do somehow a program to check the difference of Cm value in the last X iterations and see if it changed a lot or not in order to see convergence... Shall I do it via UDF?? or is there any other way?? In case UDF is the answer, does anybody have idea of how to do it?? Do u know of any place where to have a look to know it better?? Thanks in advance! Jorge. |

hi Jorge !!!
do you have any progress with your problem? How did you solve it? I have also similar problem to check the convergence during iteration with the ca, cd or cm values. guba... |

Hi gubarrani,
the only thing i can tell u is use monitors to check convergence. Not only residuals but also Cd values can be plotted and shown in Fluent. Moreover, you can get a .txt file where these values are written, helping you for checking it! Regards, L3munoz. |
