UDF of Bubble coalescence in DPM

Hi!

I am injecting dpm bubbles into the turbulent liquid continuous phase and I want to consider the coalescence of the bubbles through a UDF according to the following algorithm as in the picture attached.
Could anybody guide me how I can do this? Or is there any UDF files similar to my problem I could use?
(e value is 0.01 and R is a random number between 0 and 1)
