Default Conditonal statement for heat generation rate w.r.t time

Need a conditional statement w.r.t time. when im trying to write it in the expression editor it is showing invalid syntax. can u please help me with this.

my condition is

if the time is in between 10 to 15 min the heat generation rate is 60 W/m3
beyond 15 min its is zero

i'av been trying options but its showing invalid syntax
