Error [node 999999] [time 8/12/23 23:54:59] Abnormal Exit!
I imported the volumetric mechanism in Chemkin format which includes reactions 1 to 37. I defined reactions 38 to 49 inside Fluent. Reactions 42 and 47 to 49 are wall surface reactions. Reactions 38 to 41 and 43 to 46 are particle reactions. I imported the thermodynamic data of the site species in Chemkin format to resolve the issue of constant Cp and Cv. Now they are polynomials. To do that I created dummy surface mechanisms, imported the file, then deleted the file. After I deleted the file, Fluent kept the properties of the site species even though the surface mechanism file was deleted. After deletion I created those reactions in Fluent as mention previously. In mixture species, I moved the wall species to site species and the particle species to solid species. Two mechanisms were defined in reaction-mechs, mechanism 1 includes the volumetric and the particle reactions which are assigned to the fluid domain. Mechanism 2 was assigned to the wall. Please note also that I am using DPM and have a lot of UDFs controlling some aspects of the simulation. At the moment I am not solving this on a cluster, rather on a 18 core machine. |
