The FLUENT application failed to validate the connection

Dear all,

When I am done with geometry and mesh and click on setup after 2,3 minutes of system busy I get the following message.

The FLUENT application failed to validate the connection.

What could I possibly do to resolve this issue, please help.

I also have the same problem. I have the licence of Fluent but when I want to connect via my laptop (to the license that we have from the uni) it shows this error.
Fluent cannot validate the connection.
I appreciate if any one can help.
