How can I define an inlet velocity varies both wrt time(sinusoidally) and y direction(Parabolic) using UDF ?

In the same way as you do a parabolic profile, but with a different equation.
This is not a UDF problem, but a physics/mathematics problem. (to be clear: you are free to ask this question here, but I want to point you in the right direction for solving it. The solution is not in combining UDFs or doing complicated things in a UDF. The solution is in finding the equation that you need to put in the UDF, once you have that equation it is very easy.)
