Hello,
I am new to ANSYS and CFD. I was trying to change the boundary conditions of transient and Laminar simulation using a scheme file. The scheme file has properties such as inlet velocity and temperature. I have successfully imported the mashed geometry to the solver, and tried to read the scheme file using the step file > read > scheme, then choose my file. I can see that the scheme file goes through when the console shows me the message Done #f. But the problem is the boundary conditions are not changing even after reading the scheme file, I don’t know what its problem is. If anyone out there notices my mistake I would appreciate your help and suggestions. Thank you very much! Betelhiem |

It sounds like you did OK, and the scheme file needs to be adjusted.
But, how can we tell without seeing the scheme file???

copy first line of your scheme to fluent console, press enter
check, if it was executed according to your needs. make it for the whole your code
