Hello, I would really appreciate if you could give me an answer.

Inside the computational domain, I have a face at which velocity in x direction is 3 m/s. Also, I have to solve passive scalar field, and the scalar boundary condition at the face should be zero flux.

Since the face has 2 adjacent cell zones, I first set the face to 'wall' and then 'slit' the face into 2 uncoupled wall zones. Next, I change both two 'wall's to 'velocity-inlet', and impose the velocity of 3 m/s in the x direction for both walls. As done for the velocity, I also impose the zero flux boundary condition for the scalar at both walls.

As a result, the fluid seems to 'continuously' flow through the walls, but the problem is the scalar field is not continuous.

So, my question is how can I match the scalar distribution at both walls.
