Hello,
I am using ANSYS Fluent and facing difficulty on how to write udf for visualizing the material flow behaviour in dissimilar materials in fsw process. N.B. The udf should be dependent on temperature, strain rate and follows Zener hollowman equation. |

The objective of CFD is to predict the flow of fluids, dissimilar or not, based on the first principles. Zener-Holloman is just a parameter defining a constitutive relation between temperature and strain rate. Though this constitutive relation can be used in a CFD simulation, it does not really make much sense to use it.
