RobinReiban is on a distinguished road
I am trying to simulate the dynamic effect of water in tank, I have a document with seismic acceleration, but I can not create a function to introduce that information in ansys fluent, please what steps should I follow to achieve the seismic acceleration in my simulation type transient
My spectrum has a total duration of 40 sec, but I only need the 15 sec, with a dt = 0.02sec.
I have read that I need to create a UDF function that contains my speed or the seismic displacement to be able to apply it to the walls of the tank but I am not sure, is that so?

Cylindrical tank, stores water, D = 10m h = 6m, concrete wall, open to the surface and without dome.
