C_VOLUME returns 0.0 on all cells

Default C_VOLUME returns 0.0 on all cells

I am using C_VOLUME in DEFINE_SOURCE and apparently C_VOLUME returns zero for all cells.

There are no negative cells and the simulations converge

check precision, lost likely you have small elements.
use %.12f instead of standard %f in output message
