How to apply a shear stress on a fluid-fluid interface (VOF)

Hi,

I wanted to impose a shear force (let's say $\tau$ ) coming from an external source on a fluid-fluid interface using the VOF method as a volumetric momentum source term. How can I define the momentum source terms for this purpose in UDF to apply shear forces which are tangent to the interface? How can I determine and map those volumetric forces in the tangential directions?

Any comments are highly appreciated.
