Hello Members,
I want to simulate a filter (round filter cartridge) with a multiphase flow (air und oil) and compute the pressure drop of it. For that I want to define a profile of the volume fraction. So the mass source term (oil) on the inside of the filter should be much higher than on the outside. If I take for a simple example a linear function y=-3,0303x+0,991, the Volume Frac on the inside of the filter would be 0,4 and on the outside it would be 0. Because I have not much experience with UDF´s yet, I need help how I can integrate this function/Profile in a DEFINE_SOURCE UDF Thanks for any help and Input you can give to me! |
