Fluent will unexpectedly close when reopening and resolving file containing a UDF

I'm currently simulating fluid flow through a pipe. The UDF files that I am using for velocity profile and the fluid's material properties seem to work fine when I set up UDF library initially. However, if I close the program and reopen it and try to reinitialize and recalculate the solution the program will unexpectedly close without reason. Does anyone have any idea what this issue may be?

Hi James,

No, sorry, that doesn't sound familiar at all. You could try posting your UDFs and some details of the model -- also, I guess, version of Fluent, operating system, licensing system etc -- also, details of what happens just before the crash. I have seen plenty of different crashes, but the application closing is a new one. Try your official support channel?
