Extracting multiple surface average values

Hi All,
I want to extract surface average values and it's centroid for nearealy 500 surfaces. Please suggest me any technique to do that.

I'm confused with the word "centroid" what do you mean under surface?
Is it the boundary with "wall" type? Or you mean surface of finite element?

It is an interior circular face, along with average values I want to extract center point of the face.
