Default problem in simulating adding nanoparticle to PCM

hello everyone, i'm trying to write udf for thermal conductivity coefficient in adding nanoparitcle to PCM. its all ok and no error happens. temperature also increases well in early times. but when my PCM reaches melting point, temperature does not increases and it stop at melting point. anybody have any solution??
