Hi,
I'm new to fluent UDFs. I want to define some reaction rate in the flow volume. I know that it could be defined by the species model but as I need to use a variable in reaction constant I think its necessary to define them by a UDF. I couldn't find any tutorial related to my problem on the internet. I have some questions: 1- I add all materials and chemicals in fluent. there are two types of reactions in my case. some of them have constant kinetic parameters and some other need a variable (Irradiation which should be calculate in fluent). Should I define all the reaction rates by Species model (volumetric type reactions) even if I want to add UDF? 2- I tried to add an existed UDF file in my simulation. But I saw this error. How can I solve this problem? is it related to the code? or it's just related to compiling the file? error: ===============Message from the Cortex Process================================ Compute processes interrupted. Processing can be resumed. ================================================== ============================ Error: "The UDF library you are trying to load (libudf) is not compiled for parallel use on the current platform (win64).\n\nThe system cannot find the file specified. \n\nD:\Project\2D\Reactor_files\dp0\FFF-6\Fluent\libudf\win64\2ddp_host\libudf.dll Error Object: #f" _____________________________________ Thanks Last edited by Morijef; September 20, 2018 at 14:19. |
