Hi all,
I want to ask if there is any other way to compile a UDF in fluent without using Microsoft Visual Studio, i.e., with using any other compiler for the c/c++ language like CodeBlocks. Thanks |

Technically not impossible, but probably extremely annoying to set up, and not supported by Ansys.
Why would you want to do it? The microsoft visual studio compiler is free, and it runs in the background so you don't even notice that it is there... |

It's just because the lab in which I am working does not have Microsoft visual studio, but now I have got.
Thanks |
