I have trouble to understand what you ask...

Do you want to know the heat flux through an interface or through a wall, or through a coupled wall?

But I guess that you already gave your answer, BOUNDARY_HEAT_FLUX(f,t) is most likely the macro that you need. It gives the heat flux through a boundary, just as the name implies...

the wall is a couple wall(there is wall and wall-shadow), i use the command --grid/modify-zones/slit-face-zone--to slit the couple wall. because it will be set as temperature and velocity inlet boundary condition. so, that macro is ok to the slit wall?
