UDF for a velocity inlet 3D profile

Hello everyone! HELP!!!!
I am doing the CFD model in a pipeline, Using PIV I already have a function of the velocity in x direction as a function of the component Y. I generated the corresponding UDF without problem but extending this function to the component z, I haven't succeeded... How do I do it ?.
