Hi everybody,

You may saw my previous posts about my current UDF.

I'm working on an UDF to compute the magnetic force on a magnetit-particle. In order to do that, I'm using the DPM_BODY_FOCE macro for the UDF-Manual.

My question is:

how can't I get the direction in which the force is applied? Do I have to make an if-statement like in the example UDF with:

Code:
if(i==0) ...
else if(i==1) ...
else(i==2) ...
And what should I return to Fluent? An acceleration ?

Please help me !!

Thanks

Tim
