Default Udf to measure radius of inlet as it changes - FSI simulation

DamR is on a distinguished road
There is a parabolic velocity profile at the inlet. It is an FSI simulation where the inlet changes its dimensions radially. How to write an udf to automatically measure the radius at each time step and calculate the velocity profile for the new inlet based on it?
