Default Mesh motion UDF for Fluent?

Dear all, I have designed a wall in fluent . I want to write a UDF for its mesh motion for dynamic mesh How can i write this UDF?
The equations are
Vx=sin(5t)
Vy=cos(5t)
Vz=sin(t)+cos(t)
