I am modeling the slag-steel reaction in ladle furnace using Ansys fluent. I have three phases(gas, steel and slag) and use VOF model. I want to define the top surface of the liquid as free surface. Just the gas flows out and the liquid is hold back. I have downloaded the de-gas UDF of fluent and compiled the UDF, but I don't know what I have to do afterwards.
Could somebody plz explain how to use and setup the degassing UDF step by step? I know, that there is a degassing boundary in Fluent, but for VOF model it's unavailable, so I have to stick with the self compiled UDF. Thx in advance Qing Last edited by qingyang; July 11, 2016 at 13:44. Reason: symbol error |
