Creating journal file for gradually increasing pressure value

Hello everyone,
I want to increase the pressure value in step as iteration progress. I tried this with recording journal file from GUI but it is not working for multiple cases so is there any easy way to increase the pressure value (any simple one line code). I am searching for some examples journal file but I m unable find can u people please provide me a link for example journal file. Thank you
